At Chef Meal Plans LLC, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and your needs may change. We aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the quality and efficiency of our meal preparation and delivery service.

General Cancellation Policy

• Cancel Anytime: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

• Effective Date: Your cancellation will take effect immediately after the current billing cycle or paid-for week of meals is fulfilled.

• No Further Charges: Once your cancellation is processed, you will not be charged for any future weeks or billing periods.

Important Cutoff Deadlines

Because we source fresh ingredients and begin the preparation process early in the week to ensure timely delivery, we have a firm cutoff for cancelling a specific week's order:

• To avoid being charged for the upcoming week's meals, you must cancel or pause your subscription by Tuesday at 11:59 PM MST

• If you cancel after this weekly deadline, you will still receive, and be charged for, the meals scheduled for the upcoming week. Your cancellation will then be applied to the following week's order.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription easily through any of the following methods:

1. Online Portal: Log into your account on our website, navigate to the 'Subscription Settings' or 'Manage Plan' section, and follow the steps to cancel.

2. Email: Send an email with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request" to [Insert Your Customer Service Email Address]. Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

Refunds for Cancellation

• Pre-paid Periods (Other than the upcoming week): If you have paid for a longer-term subscription (e.g., a month or more) and cancel early, you will be refunded the cost of the unused future weeks/meals following the fulfillment of your current paid-for week.

• No Refunds for Delivered/Prepared Meals: We do not offer refunds for meals that have already been prepared, shipped, or delivered.
